Based in a China where animals have supplanted humans as 'the smart ones', Kung Fu Panda is the story of Po, a young panda with aspirations of becoming a kung fu master. Po is destined to become 'The Dragon Warrior', a mythic defender of the Valley of Peace, yet the doubts of the people, the doubts of his master, and his own doubts pull him down. Hilarity and surprising amounts of introspection lead Po towards his destiny.

 In-Universe Chronological Order

 Because the animated shorts do not have specific chronologies, and because they sometimes contradict one another (particularly Secrets of the Furious Five and Secrets of the Scroll), this chronology is, at times, based on guesswork.
